David Michael Wanamaker > A Canadian-born competitive surfer and lifelong waterman, David grew up in Barbados, where the ocean became his playground and surfing his defining passion. For more than 25 years, David has shared the exhilaration of riding waves, believing that surfing is more than a sport—it’s an experience that connects you to nature, builds confidence, and transforms how you see the ocean.
After moving to Mexico in 2000, David opened the first 360 Surf Shop in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca. A decade later, he brought the brand to Cancun, reopening 360 Surf School and starting 360 Kayak & Paddleboard Tours in 2010. Today, David is the independent owner of 360 Surf and 360 Tours. Expanding his vision for Cancún tourism, David partnered with Todd Saylor to co-found and co-own Yacht Rentals Cancún and Bike Rentals Cancún. Under the 360 Adventure Group umbrella, they work together to ensure every guest's vacation is effortless, memorable, and handled with precision.

Todd Saylor > Born in the United States, Todd brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to the 360 Adventure Group team, backed by over 15 years of experience overseeing private yacht operations in Cancún and Isla Mujeres. His daily focus is on meticulous crew selection, rigorous vessel standards, and transparent pricing, managing the seamless coordination of captains and service teams so that every charter runs safely and without a hitch.
As the co-founder and co-owner of Yacht Rentals Cancún and Bike Rentals Cancún alongside David, Todd merges his extensive background in high-level operational management with David’s expertise in customer-focused adventure brands. Together, they bridge the gap between high international service expectations and local operational know-how. From the first message to the final docking, Todd’s structured framework ensures a reliable, professional, and entirely stress-free experience for every guest.
